First: I'm no professional, but a hobbyist. So please consider this all just my 2 ct.

I specifically like the lighting here. As you say in the title, the contrast of warm and cold light makes the tension. Also the shadows are very nice, especially the curtain's pattern on her.

The scenery is beautiful, too. With all the books lying around the corner really seems habitated, lived in. Also the curtains are nice (where are there from? *curiosity*), although by that lace shader, they seem quite two-dimensional, but that is no fault - you can't do anything about that.

Materials are really good, everything comes out very nice.

The only thing that I dislike is her pose, because it seems very incoherent to me (and her left leg pokes through the draped blanket). What does she do there?
Her right hand indicates headache - or does she try to push her hair back?
Her left hand indicates... ummm... playfulness, as do her spread legs and sexy lingerie. But her legs don't rest comfortable enough for that (it's stressing the leg muscles to hold them in such a way, and not really helping to relax).
And her face seems to me a mix between thoughtful, mischievous, and waiting.

So I think if you had given her a coherent pose, this image would be not only nice, but outstanding. What do you want her to be, to do?
